Material classification
A. Cr-Ni stainless steel material: through the combination of
strength and material, it is used under normal circumstances, and
is used under mild structure, aluminum alloy structure, sea water,
chlorine-containing liquid, and increased corrosion resistance.
B. Copper alloy material: used when copper is required or when the
threaded connection is frequently adjusted; used when it is
required to be used for electrical conductivity or
self-lubricating.
C. High-temperature alloy materials: heat-resistant use when the
temperature is 500-750℃; for aerospace assembly technology,
aircraft engines, and internal combustion engine turbo compressors
when operating within 750℃.
Advantage
1. Increase the bearing surface. It is used for parts that require
a strong connection force and cannot increase the diameter of the
screw hole.
2. Anti-loosening. It is especially used in occasions where
products such as spacecraft require a high insurance factor.

the possibility of damage to the work piece.
