Introduction
In some design occasions, it is necessary to embed pre-formed parts
(usually metal products) in injection molded products. For example,
when molding certain injection products, in order to increase the
mechanical strength and service life of the injection products, the
frequently used screw holes, screws, etc. are made of metal.
Cold pressed nuts refer to directly pressed into plastic without
heating (at room temperature). This concept is relative to hot
pressed nuts, and does not refer to nuts that are pressed into
plastic "after cooling".
There is no unified national standard or industry standard for
cold-pressed nuts. According to some commonly used styles of users
and their own manufacturing habits, these standards (or styles) can
be organized for users as a reference when designing products and
selecting specifications.
Why not use hot melt, but need the classification style of cold
pressed nuts?
We know that some thermosetting plastics (such as phenolic
plastics, epoxy plastics, amino plastics, unsaturated polyesters,
alkyd plastics, etc.) use thermosetting resins as the main
component, combined with various necessary additives to form
plastics through a cross-linking and curing process. Products, this
kind of material cannot be hot melted or softened again once it is
solidified. Obviously, hot melt (hot, ultrasonic, etc.) nuts are no
longer suitable for this plastic. In this scenario, it is suitable
for cold pressed nuts.
Material
- Brass C360-4> is the most commonly used material for Lifan
Precision Hardware. Because brass has comprehensive properties such
as strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance, comprehensive
structural parts are required. The processing performance is very
good, and the processing cost is the lowest;
- The performance of environmentally friendly brass particles is the
same as that of brass, but the content of harmful substances in the
six major standards is almost the same, which can meet the previous
environmental protection standards; but the material manufacturing
and processing performance is also worse than that of standard
brass;
- Stainless steel SUS303-, good hardness, corrosion resistance,
better performance than brass, performance is slightly worse, but
the processing cost is much higher. Use in occasions with special
requirements;
- The strength of each alloy is smaller and smaller than that of
brass, but the volume is larger, larger, and smaller; this kind of
particles has a remarkable feature and can be used for color
surface treatment. The decorative effect is more obvious;
Knurled
Diamond flower: easy knurling curve, shallow knurling, massage
control embedding process, not suitable for hot-melt process, good
performance in process.
Twill flower: The knurling area and depth of the villain are easy
to control, and it has a self-directed function when implanted, and
the overall performance of torsion and tension is good.
The knurling standard of Lijingfan hardware implements the DIN82
standard.
The torsion force of the knurling is related to the traction angle:
with the angle of the rising value, the tensile force becomes
larger and larger; the heating value increases slightly
