Thread inserts introduction
The surface of the Thread Inserts is made of an environmentally
friendly pigment (in accordance with ROHS) and painted green or
red. It can be coated with a dry film lubricant. The advantages are
as follows:
1. It can be used to distinguish between different specifications
and different uses of Thread Inserts products, which is convenient
for warehouse batch management.
2. After installation, it can be significantly different from the
base color of die-casting aluminum workpiece, which is conducive to
check whether the mounting depth of the Thread Inserts is
appropriate and whether there is leakage or wrong mounting after
the assembly.

Thread insert features
